Registration Fee Prior to January 5, 2009

• $275 per person (Single Registration)
• $250 for the 2nd person; same company as 1st person
• $225 per person when registering 3 or more from the same company

• $295 per person (Single Registration)
• $275 for the 2nd person; same company as 1st person
• $250 per person when registering 3 or more from the same company
